Position Summary

Utilizing project management tools and methodologies, leads the development and implementation of non-technical business projects or administrative projects from inception to closeout, managing the scope, schedule, and cost. The complexity, budget (where applicable), range of internal and external parties involved, and risk to the company (i.e., financial, public reputation) increase as you progress.  In this role, projects have a distinct beginning and end.  Typically, there are no direct reports; instead, people and other resources are indirectly managed as part of a project team.

This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to report to their assigned office location at least three days per week. The remaining days may be worked remotely, depending on business needs. The headquarters location is flexible and must be within the PG&E service territory.

PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.  

Bay Area – $78,000 - $85,800

And/or

California - $74,000 - 81,400

Qualifications

Minimum:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceJob-related experience, 3 years

Desired:

Master of Business AdministrationProject Management Professional (PMP) certification Ability to manage team and personal dynamics to drive projects forwardKnowledge of projects and requirements within PG&E Vegetation Management OperationsAbility to lead project meetingsAbility to assess and recommend solutions for assigned projects Ability to prioritize, plan, perform, and communicate activities both in written and verbal form
