The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovation solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence and nurture long term loyalty. In the Customer Success team, we are looking for people with a passion for delivering customer success. As a Business Program Manager, you will enable customers to achieve their outcomes, based on their investments in Microsoft technology. Leveraging your delivery leadership and subject matter expertise, you will help customers get value from their Azure investments. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** As a Business Program Manager within the Global Cloud & AI Platforms Customer Success organization, you will drive the strategy and implementation for optimized and effective management of Field and Corporate communities who drive the Cloud & AI Platform motions. Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following: • You will develop and drive the strategy for role-based community engagement across Field Customer Success teams • You will drive Timely and effective communications at all altitudes across the field teams and Corp stakeholders • You will maintain the centralized site for the Solution Area to enable ease of access for latest business updates, insights, and relevant content by the field teams • You will foster interactive engagement with the communities in community calls, teams channels, and website • You will enable scalable impact through effective orchestration of technical communities including Champs/Insiders in partnership with Technical Pillar teams • You will be responsible for supporting, designing, and developing effective communications strategies to effectively reach field, corporate, and executive stakeholders • You will foster a continuous self-learning culture and drive technical intensity, to enable customers to realize desired business outcomes, including innovation. Model impactful community engagement, sharing learnings and best practices, and coach inclusivity. + Other + Embody our culture and values **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement + OR equivalent experience. + Experience in Program Management functions, project delivery roles, and written communications to stakeholders at operational and executive levels. + 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement + OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement + OR equivalent experience. Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
