The Azure Data chief of staff team manages all the behind-the-scenes Budget, Headcount and People operations to ensure that the Azure Data Engineering priorities can be achieved. We are looking for a Business Program Manager, to join our team, and serve as a trusted partner to the Chief of Staff in all areas related to programs that support our employee community. You will support recruiting operations to ensure that we attract and hire diverse talent into the organization with efficiency and operational excellence. You will create and drive the execution of the new hire onboarding program, ensuring that new hires are warmly welcomed, connected, and landed into communities that will continue to nurture them. You will foster community building from a programmatic point of view, guiding employee resource groups, employee network groups, teams and leaders on how to execute on their community goals. You’ll be a vital, trusted member of a tight-knit team, an exemplar of cultural alignment and the highest professional standards. You will manage confidential information without exception.
