Business Program Director-Wealth Management
As a Business Program Director on the Chase Wealth Management Chief Operations Executive Team, you will create and execute on transformative business strategies that enable business growth and improve user experience, partnering with stakeholders across product, technology, legal, risk, and field leadership. You will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and execution of large-scale programs and business initiatives, balancing tactical execution with strategic foresight. This role demands exceptional communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving acumen, and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment. You will be detail-oriented and possess the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across J.P.
