Purpose and Objective:  
SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP along all LACE phases.

Expectations and Tasks: 
As Global CoE organization we focus on SAPs top customers under the umbrella of Premium Engagement contracts (like Select, MaxAttention, Active Attention, Value Assurance). Maintain a pro-active and holistic engagement approach specific for premium delivery. The engagement approach makes sure that we address the specifics of each LACE phase to identify innovation potential, plan the solution and design and transformation, provide advisory and safeguard the execution and operation. The CoE Specialist advices customers and supports different SAP units. Achieves broad knowledge about our portfolio and take over positioning, explanation, and scoping tasks for all standard services in the Virtual Project Room to support front office, solutioning and sales. Resolves issues related to a technical component or business process step without general work direction. Improves service procedures based on customer feedback and communicate with SAP development to improve SAP products. Develops best practices based on the delivery experience. Supports the resolution of critical customer situations, production downs and escalations.

Education and Occupational Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: 
Prior experience, internship or academic coursework to include each of the following:
•    Object Orientated Programming with Java;
•    SAP HANA, Oracle, or IBM DB2;
•    Data Analysis Reporting and Visualization;
•    SAP Procurement Materials Management; and
•    Mainframe development AS400, or CLLE.

Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $86,736 - $108,360. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $86,736 - $120,400. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
