Your Opportunity:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to join our Business Process Management (BPM) team. Our vision is to develop globally harmonized processes and solutions to optimize business processes and increase efficiency and automation. As a Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) in the Transparency & Sustainability Reporting (TSR) function, you will play a crucial role in managing, governing, and evolving Roche's global reporting framework. Reporting to the TFSR Chapter Lead, you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to drive harmonization of our processes and solutions and ensure that we fulfill our transparency and sustainability reporting requirements.
In this position you will be focusing on:
Implement BPM Strategy: Work with the GBPS network and other stakeholders to implement the end-to-end BPM strategy based on the guardrails set by the Global Business Process Owner (GBPO) and Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs).
Govern Reporting Framework: Manage and govern the TSR reporting framework, including reporting requirements, processes, methodology notes, procedures, and trainings within your area of responsibility
Define & Design Processes and Solutions: Create and implement end-to-end processes and solutions that adhere to relevant reporting requirements, fostering standardization and harmonization.
Monitor & Improve Processes and Solutions: Identify critical challenges in processes, monitor adherence, and design actions for continuous improvement.
Change Management: Assess, prioritize, and implement change requests in line with the BPM strategy and guidance.
Drive Efficiencies: Enhance process efficiencies across and beyond the BPM network by considering external trends and internal opportunities.
Collaborate on Projects: Provide advice and guidance, contributing to partner projects within your area of responsibility.
Who you are:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 5 - 7 years in Finance, Business Process Management, or Compliance.
Compliance Expertise: Proven experience in integrating internal/external Compliance requirements into business processes.
Reporting Solutions Experience: Development and maintenance of reporting solutions based on business requirements.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Transparency Reporting laws and regulations (EFPIA, Sunshine Act, MedTech) is an advantage.
Methodological Skills: Expertise in BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile methodologies (Scrum), and continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen).
Agile Mindset: Ability to incorporate and advocate for an agile mindset in daily operations.
Language Skills: Business fluency in English.
Willingness to Travel: Up to 20% international travel.

Salary starts from 2200 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
