PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Define, implement and support globally standardized Customer Service and European Distribution Center related Supply Chain processes through Project management, Change management and Lean thinkingSupport the future growth of the organization by facilitating fast cross-functional change opportunities through increased process efficiency, quality, and transparencyEnsure maintenance and continuous improvement of the business systems, aligned with corporate ERP strategies

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management (LEAN Six Sigma)

Setup of project planning, close follow-up on identified actions and implementation(Global) Coordination of a cross-functional project teamSet up regular checkpoints with management to report on progress and align on direction of the projectRisk assessment and Solution management

Business and system analysis:

Create operational efficiencies through automation (for master data management, transactional processing, and reporting) and guarantee integration of new business requirements into ERP, BPI supported Automation tools, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and other systems:Compose business requirements for enhancements to SAP, BPI supported Automation tools, MES, and other systemsIndependently pull and interpret data as a basis for data-driven business casesGuarantee correct interpretation of business requirements by IT teams and other functional areas by ensuring close follow up and interaction with respective teamsExecute provided test scripts related to fixes and enhancements and assess resultsAssist departments cross-functionally in aligning business processes with SAP, BPI supported Automation tools, MES, and other functionality

Implementation of new or changed business processes:

Ensure a smooth implementation of the project deliverables into the business through change management and follow up on adoption success rate through identified reporting/KPIDevelop and maintain training material for local and central useOrganize process and SAP training for end-users within supported departments

Service function related to business processes and systems:

Independent handling and coordination of requests and inquiries from supported departments (including investigation, testing and feedback to initiator), ensuring timely order to billing completionPeriodical country visits to Abbott affiliates assisting in training, process analysis and business process improvementsMaintain interaction with L2 and L3 SAP support teamsGuarantee month-end support to Customer ServiceIncorporate support of new processes as a result from completed projects

Data maintenance and analysis:

Master Data - Timely and accurate set up and in coordination with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., Material Master, Product Partner Range, …)Monitor the ERP, BPI supported Automation tools and MES, guaranteeing data integrity of the system database. Take corrective and preventive action based on monitoring activity and pre-defined KPIsPrepare and validate product traceability lists

Internal organization:

Ensure consistent service is provided to users by keeping all team members up to date on ongoing activities and establishing training within the departmentOnboarding of new colleague within the departmentTeam representation in cross-functional meetings

EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES

Bachelor or Master or equal by experience in relevant field such as: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, Science, Engineering1-3 years relevant experience in an international environmentProfound knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is an asset)Fluent in English. Other language is an assetExcellent communication and training skillsExperience with common desktop applications (Microsoft office tools)Knowledge of process (re)design and Lean transformation tools & techniquesProblem solver, fast learner, and creative thinkerEntrepreneurial spirit and Customer orientationStrong team player with supportive attitudeStrong interest in business and business developmentGood understanding of information technologyUp to 10 % travel
