We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Optimisation Senior Specialist - LEGO Brand Retail and E-Com to join our Business Services Operations function in Prague.** **Core Responsibilities** + Drive processes improvements, standardisation,automationand maintenance for LEGO Brand Retail and LEGO.com (including cash allocation, payment methods, inventory, flow of goods and lease management). + Lead cross functional initiatives requiring process and system knowledge as well as organisational change focus (including specific SAP system support). + Activelyparticipatein projects and activities, requiring process and system knowledge as well as an organisational change focus. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Business Processes & Information (BPI) is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as processexpertiseand interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes. Our mission is to develop andmaintainefficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digital solutions. Based in Prague, you will join a distributed team of more than seventy colleagues. In this role, you will drive Direct to Consumer processes improvements,facilitatebusiness requirementsdeliveryandparticipatein ERP transformation project requiring process and SAP system knowledge. **Do you have what it takes?** + Comprehensive understanding of financial and business process set-ups in a retail company. This will include cash allocation, payment methods, inventory, flow of goods and lease management. + Preferably university degree within Finance or any other similar education. + Hands on SAP experience (SD, FI & CO), including testing and implementingnew solutions. + Validated experience of global projects and initiatives, including root-cause analysis, definition of business requirements, testing, implementation,documentationand training + Strong relationship-building skills across functional areas and diverse cultures. + Ability to focus on details whilemaintaininga well-rounded end-to-end approach and strategic awareness. Effective communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain sophisticated issues in a user-friendly language. + Emphasis on curiosity and a proactive, business-minded demeanour, valuing respect and knowledge sharing within the team.
