**What you'll do...**
As a Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist you will be at the forefront of operational excellence at Ford. Your key responsibilities and contributions will include:
+ **Driving Enterprise Capability:** Actively contribute to establishing business process re-engineering as a recognized and valued enterprise capability across Ford.
+ **Leading Continuous Improvement:** Identify, champion, and lead projects focused on improving business process execution. This involves leveraging cutting-edge automation, applying lean principles, and simplifying complex workflows.
+ **Collaborative Partnerships:** Work in close partnership with Skill team leaders and fellow Process Re-engineering (PRE) peers.
+ **Strategic Planning:** Support the formulation of compelling and comprehensive plans that span across the global landscape.
+ **Project Management:** Provide essential project management support for all end-to-end activities within the Process Re-engineering Team, ensuring initiatives are well-coordinated and executed.
+ **Change Management:** Ensuring the right factors are in place for change adoption.

+ **Education:** A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
+ **Experience:** Proven experience in process improvement, re-engineering, or project management within a complex, cross-functional environment.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
+ **Communication:** Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
+ **Facilitation & Coaching:** Strong ability to guide groups through problem solving, training and/or coaching activities.
+ **Methodology Expertise:** Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
+ **Process Mapping Skills:** Proficiency in process mapping and journey mapping to visualize and understand current and future states.
+ **Tool Familiarity:** Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Jira, Workboard, MS Projects, Six Sigma PTS.

This position is a leadership salary grade 6.
