Finance and Records Department (FRD) employees receive, account for, and safeguard the Church’s sacred funds donated in obedience to God’s commandments as well as create, manage, and safeguard the membership and organizational records of the Church.
The Business Process & Program Analyst focuses on end-to-end process management and continuous improvement across global operations. This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes and solutions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance. The analyst will also identify opportunities for improvement, define and document system life cycles, and manage projects that align with global business strategies. This position requires the ability to work across multiple teams, integrating people, processes, and technology to deliver inspired solutions.
