Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Business Process Owner - Commercial Stream Lead (OTC). This pivotal role focuses on ensuring our ERP system seamlessly supports end-to-end functional processes, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization. Key Responsibilities: + Process Optimization & System Integration: + Document current and future state requirements and processes to ensure our ERP system effectively supports end-to-end functional operations. + Lead process mapping and integration design between existing boundary systems and the future ERP. + Drive the implementation of new processes and systems with functional areas, including comprehensive end-user training. + Actively work with stakeholders to design and optimize processes, continually seeking improvements and streamlining workflows. + Monitor the performance of established processes, utilizing relevant tools to track key metrics. + Quality Assurance & Compliance: + Contribute to Quality Assurance activities, including Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). + Support the creation and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other essential training materials. + Participate in ongoing review and approval processes for functional specifications, designs, testing, and data conversion. + Project Leadership & Management: + Guide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the workstream, ensuring efficient project execution and high-quality deliverables. + Collaborate with the Project Manager to align on milestones and activities within the workstream. + Provide support to ERP Program Management by identifying potential issues and risks, assisting with overall project planning, and reporting status. + Review and approve designs and requirements, including Key Design Decisions and Key Business Decisions. + Coordinate necessary reviews and approvals with regional and global stakeholders, such as Functional Leadership Teams and IT Leads. + Support data migration planning, design, and execution. + Identify risks and opportunities, utilizing provided project management tools like RAID logs. + Stakeholder Engagement & Knowledge Sharing: + Set direction, goals, and a clear framework for local sites and assigned processes. + Build crucial relationships with local sites, IT-Business Analysts, and System Integrators to deliver new process models, training, and support. + Ensure cross-functional and cross-stream alignment and provide support as needed. + Facilitate knowledge sharing with local teams and other workstreams. + Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and Business Lead on current activities within the workstream. Qualifications + Strong preference for incumbent reside within the Eastern Time Zone in the US. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or commercial environment. + Proven experience in defining and implementing processes and their governance. + Experience working in cross-functional teams and large-scale enterprise systems. + Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EBS R12 are a strongplus). + Strong understanding of business process frameworks and principles. + Using PM tools such as SmartSheet, and process flow mapping (Visio, drawing.io) + Excellent communication and leadership skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization. Additional Information The salary range for this position is $63,225 - $84,300/ year. The hiring base salary range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
