Business Process Manager
**Location: Szentendre** **Please note that this is a fixed-term position due to maternity cover, until the end of September 2025, with possible extension.** The Business Office Manager and their team primary role is to manage the income and expenditure of European Service Engineering Operations (SEO). The role requires the management of business office team and business interactions with a globally based team and negotiations with 3rd parties. The role of SEO Business Office Manager (and their team) encompasses, but is not limited to, 1. Team management and coordination to maximise revenues and limit costs for Service Engineering Operations. 2. Revenue identification and development through research, benchmarking and innovative business delivery models. Project creation and key stakeholder communication coordination and 3 rd party negotiation. 3. December Board Budget preparation, monthly budget consolidation and reporting about the ongoing control actions to the SEO Director, for all SEO purchased services and agency personnel. 4. Coordination of raising and updating purchase orders, creating monthly tracking, and identifying opportunities 5. Controlling and approving invoices, data base management and tracking. 6. Dashboard creation - connecting Ariba, SAP and Excel files into a coherent reporting structure (Business application data owner) 7. Launching and supporting new Ford hardware and tools sales from both a contract development, commercial, project delivery and marketing perspective. 8. Supporting data package sales and republishers. 9. Supporting SEO skill team operational activity, to be able to fulfil and maintain European Union compliance requirements 10. Legal contract creations, maintenance and update with our legal consultant. 11. Maintain Audit Control and MCRP Compliance for Service Engineering operations to demonstrate compliance for internal or external audits. Requirements + Excellent Microsoft skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. + Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. + Able to distil complex data/ information sets into key messages with actionable proposals appropriate to the audience (technicians, service managers, finance teams, senior management and legal counsel) + Strong organizational and team management skills. + Works well within disparate, multidisciplinary teams. + Self-motivated requiring minimal supervision, resilient and drives for results. + Willingness to interface and engage with all levels of organization. Experience Preferred + Automotive Service Environment experience with a knowledge of business products along with diagnosis and repair tools. + Ability to construct proactive, but realistic, business and marketing plans along with accurate financial models to project revenues. + Familiarity with + Concern reporting systems and 8D problem solving methodology + Lean methodology for critical thinking and problem resolution + Agile methodology for IT related concern resolution + Expertise and knowledge of Ford Systems and Processes preferred but key skills training will also be provided, (e.g. Use of Bullseye). Education + Education to degree required. Master in Business Administration or Finance would be advantageous. Working pattern + The role is full time. This position will operate under the hybrid working model – some office time required as necessary on a regular basis and remote / home working.
