The Business Process Manager is accountable for executing the approved Business Process Management Strategy within the assigned business area. Acting as a proactive partner to business unit leaders and key stakeholders, this role drives adherence to process standards, champions continuous improvement, and supports capability building across the teams. Leveraging Lean methodologies and data-driven insights, the Business Process Manager assesses process health, provides mentorship to process owners, and ensures effective documentation and compliance. 

Responsibilities\:

Conduct gap analysis of business processes, partnering with business leaders to recommend and implement improvements to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Facilitate value stream mapping initiatives in alignment with Business Process Management standards to identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows
Provide coaching and guidance to teams on Business Process Management frameworks, including process standards, documentation expectations, and template utilization.  
Assess operational risks and collaborate with teams to design and implement error-proofing measures and process controls .
Contributes to the development and ongoing refinement of The Cabins Playbook, covering all grooming and warehouse related processes. 
Ensures business processes are continuously updated and aligned with current regulatory, commercial, and authority requirements.
Develop processes and standards to optimize cabin grooming SOPs through review and analysis of KPIs, operational performance data, and time-and-motion studies.

* Minimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience; prior experience in a comparable position is strongly preferred.  
Ability and experience in mapping processes and improving procedures to align with business strategy.
Ability and experience in analyzing and setting process benchmarks & performance
Ability and experience in establishing policies and rules, implementing process & technology changes.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong document editing skills.
Developed PC skills\: Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems.
Proven ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills with an aptitude to juggle priorities to meet strict deadlines.
Sense of initiative, self-discipline and proactive thinking.
Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
Proven ability to train, mentor and coach others
Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques (an asset).
Familiar with Transport Canada aviation regulations and norms (an asset).
Familiar with Health Canada regulations and norms (an asset).
Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
