Business Process Manager
**Job Description:**
This position is tasked with minimizing inventory loss and financial risk associated with AGSCS and AGSCS client inventory located offsite at customer facilities, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), or contract manufacturers. Responsibilities include supporting inventory counts and audits for Arrow’s consigned engagements, as well as providing operational support for financial audits for select clients. The role involves overseeing a team conducting reconciliation activities across various AGSCS programs, while also performing reconciliations and managing team performance to ensure deliverables are met effectively.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ System audits on Inventory balances, reconciliation, documentation, reporting and recommendations or corrective actions as required based on root cause analysis.
+ Requirement to communicate at customer, partner, internal team and executive levels
+ Potential travel 20% of the time (domestic and international).
+ Operational process review and documentation related to reconciliation across AGSCS programs.
+ Enhancing process improvements and optimizing efficiencies in the end-to-end inventory reconciliation process by leveraging data analysis and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ General support to programs with inventory accuracy of consigned engagements.
+ Support for supplier and contract manufacturer issues involving reconciling inventory.
+ Will be working with finance, sales, supply chain architects, operations, program service centers and external customers.
+ Oversee performance of team performing inventory reconciliation activities.
+ Responsible for reporting to AGSCS clients regarding reconciliation efforts underway.
+ Responsible for meeting tight timelines and identifying and communicating barriers to meeting the same.
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ Open to traveling to customer locations as part of the role, including occasional trips on short notice.
+ A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of curiosity to identify and resolve the root cause of issues are essential qualities for this role.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to deal with ambiguity.
+ Strong data analysis skills.
+ Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as diplomacy skills for communicating internally and externally at all levels, including executives.
+ Expert Excel skills
+ Strong Power BI skills
+ Power Point skills
+ Good organizational, time management **,** and multitasking skills.
+ Prior experience logistics/warehouse/inventory control or understanding of inventory at a consigned engagement an advantage.
+ Financial analyst skills a plus
+ Ability to work and think independently.
+ Ability to manage others who either directly or indirectly report to you.
+ Innovative ways to make reconciliations easier across large areas of control (3PL, EMS, Client, Supplier, AGSCS, etc.)
+ Able to apply creative solutions to unique situations.

**Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:**
$98,900.00 - $110,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
