At LEGO **®** we offer a competitive salary and bonus package as well as attractive benefits! **No relocation budget is offered for this role.** **Core Responsibilities** + Drive process design, improvement,automationand maintenancefor LEGO Brand Retail and LEGO.com (includingcash allocation, payment methods, inventory, flow of goods and lease management) + Lead global cross functional projects and initiatives requiring process and system knowledge, with a focus on change management. + Provide end-to-endprocessand system insights to business partners on new initiatives, ways of working and business models, with governance and compliance as a core principle **Play your part in our team succeeding** Business Processes & Information (BPI)is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance &HR processesas well as processexpertiseand interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes.Our mission is to develop andmaintainefficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with digitalsolutions. You will be based in Prague, CZand join a global team of 70 dedicated colleagues. **Do you have what it takes?** + Comprehensive understanding of financial and business process set-ups in a retail company (including;cash allocation, payment methods, inventory, flow of goods and lease management) + Hands on SAP experience (SD, FI & CO), including testing and implementingnew solutions + Proven experience of global projects and initiatives, including root-cause analysis, definition of business requirements, testing, implementation,documentationand training + Strong relationship-building skills across functional areas and diverse cultures + Ability to focus on details whilemaintaininga well-rounded end-to-end approach and strategic awareness. + Effective communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex issues in a user-friendly language. + Emphasis on curiosity and a proactive, business-minded attitude,valuingrespect and knowledge sharing within the team. + A limited number of business travel days (range 0-15 daysper year) may be expectedDrivedelivery of business requirements through collaboration with business and IT partners. + Experience with FA & RE-FX modules in SAP is an advantage + Experience working with Finance Shared Service Center organization is an advantage Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
