This Business Process Lead - Food Services & Amenities role is a platform for an experienced food service management professional to develop and refine client liaison skills, build and strengthen relationships, manage a range of food and beverage services while improving standards and enhancing the programs. The role is responsible for measuring business performance, driving program innovations and maximizing customer experience. The scope within this role includes, but not limited to, cafes, coffee bars, 24/7 grab and go markets, catering, regional office and local pantry services, and transportation.

Your Impact:Oversight of Day-to-Day Operations
Management of day-to-day food service activities in a fast-paced environment.Serve as customer contact on service-related issues; track and ensure timely resolution.Develop and implement plans that drive customer satisfaction.Maintain a high level of visibility throughout all aspects of the managed outsourced servicesDevelop and maintain a network of key relationships with customers and business areas.Manage vendors in an effective manner ensuring compliance with contract, enterprise supply chain, and campus policies and guidelines.Continuously evaluate programs to minimize risk while protecting company’s assets & reputation.Maintain SOP & KPI documentation for processes, procedures and vendor service delivery.Team player effectively utilizing internal and external resources to ensure that contract performance and other projects are successfully completed in a timely manner.Develop solutions that are innovative, thorough, and practical.Facilitate vendor invoice review and approval process.Coordinate, track, and on-board contractor staffing to maintain compliance with policies and procedures.Initiative Management
Manage and maintain KPI and metrics reporting and performance monitoring for food services - tracking performance, understanding performance and creating action items to continually improve performance to drive customer experience.
Represent the team as the principal customer contact on contracts and performs project leadership roles.
Collaborate with the leaders of the outsourced services to ensure assigned projects are timely and on budget.
Support Director of Corporate Amenities in all areas, including renovation and construction projects.
Support Amenities and Corporate Services in other initiatives as needed.
Proactively work with vendors on positive solutions to problems, improve programs and provide customers with a great experience.
Take an active role in marketing and communication projects: website content, vendor signage management, inclement weather adjustments.
Serve as primary liaison between customers and contract service providers.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or in hospitality, or related field
A minimum of 7 years of experience running a large, multi-faceted food service operation for a food service contractor or oversight from the client side, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
A minimum of 5 years of leadership, organization and management experience in a service environment, preferably in Business & Industry or complex multi-building organization.
Experience driving vendor-partners to deliver quality in a cost-conscious manner.
Experience in operations and vendor/contract management.
Excellent communication [both orally and written], interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proven track record in general management, including team leadership, partner engagement, and financial reporting.
Works under limited direction, independently determines and develops approach to solutions
Proficiency in managing, and oversight of, day to day operations with an eye towards service, strategy, communications, quality and standards.
Skilled in prioritizing, organizing and leading multiple tasks and activities in a large, complex organization.
Ability to work with multiple levels within an organization and cross functional.
Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $112,000 - $168,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
