The PositionThe (Sr.) BPM Lead will lead and implement the BPM framework in the organization. This position aims to improve efficiency, optimize customer experience, and ensure that business processes align with the company's strategic goals. The position requires strong process optimization, project management, and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills. Additionally, this position needs to achieve results in complex environments and responsible for team guidance, development, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
BPM Strategy implementation
Responsible for fully implementation BPM strategy in alignment with corporate strategy
Responsible for Pharma China Business Process Management Framework(process governance/process architecture/process change/capability building ) and implementation in the organization
Responsible for Aspire Master Data Framework especially data governance to ensure data are comparable and hence insights can be generated consistently in the organization
Process Optimization
Defines process E2E together with their data strategies to be built and lead continuous improvement E2E process efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfactory, covering 500 L4 processes in ASPIRE and other commercial processes
Responsible for ASPIRE relevant documentation (e.g. SOPs) and Training Material lifecycle management including assessment, updating, approval and training.
Build and lead local communities and networks
Bridge connection with global BPM team, benchmark good practices across the organization
Define BPM capability building plan for the organization and act as a coach
Process Performance Monitoring: Define Process Performance Indicator (KPIs), monitor and evaluate process performance, and report regularly.
Project Management: Lead complex/corporate projects beyond by applying professional methodologies (such as BPM, Lean or Six Sigma, project management).
Leadership and Influence: Enables a network of (senior) experts to directly or indirectly influence others to achieve results
Team Management: Responsible for leading, coaching, development and engagement of teams.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor degree and master preferred
10+ years experience in process and project management
5+ years experience in data management and system development
Professions in process improvement, process mapping, modeling, and analysis and project management and lean methodologies
Strong analytical skills and a sense of innovation
Ability to influence others and achieve results in complex environments.
Ability to mentor, develop, and motivate teams
Business acumen and solid business knowledge in pharma industry
PMP and Six Sigma certificate Black Belt will be a plus.
