The PositionThe (Sr.) BPM expert is responsible for executing the company's BPM work. This position aims to support the improvement efficiency, reduction of costs, optimization of customer experience, and ensure that business processes align with the company's strategic goals. This position requires strong process analysis skills, data processing abilities, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Management Framework: Sustain and fully implement Pharma China BPM Framework
Process Optimization
Defines process E2E together with their data strategies to be built and lead continuous improvement E2E process efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfactory, covering 500 L4 processes in ASPIRE and other commercial processes
Leads local communities and networks
Bridge connection with global BPM team, benchmark good practices across the organization
Support to define BPM capability building plan for the organization and act as a coach
Process Performance Monitoring: Support to define Process Performance Indicator (KPIs), monitor and evaluate process performance, and report regularly.
Ensure that business processes are strategic alignment with overall strategy and goal
Project Management: Lead complex projects beyond by applying professional methodologies (such as BPM, Lean or Six Sigma, project management).
Leadership and Influence: Ability to influence stakeholders to adopt a new approach
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor degree and master preferred
5+ years experience in process and project management
3+ years experience in data management and system development
Professions in process improvement, process mapping, modeling, and analysis and project management and lean methodologies
Strong analytical skills and a sense of innovation
Ability to influence others and achieve results in complex environments.
Business acumen and solid business knowledge in pharma industry
PMP and Six Sigma certificate Belt will be a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, CBAP, Six Sigma, and other relevant certifications are preferred.
Experience working in multinational corporations or large enterprises is preferred.
Experience in digital transformation or process automation projects is preferred.
