Business Process Excellence Analyst

The Business Process Excellence Analyst is a key member of the Continuous Improvement team, supporting global operations across Global Financial Services pillars (I2P, C2C, R2R). This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing end-to-end financial processes, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. The role involves collaborating closely with finance operations, global process owners, and team members from different departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain long-term improvements.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Project Management

Develop and lead a global portfolio of improvement initiatives, collaborating with finance operations teams across pillars (I2P, C2C, R2R) to identify and implement impactful solutions. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of process improvements, ensuring long-term impact.

Continuous Improvement

Find opportunities for process improvement by analyzing benchmarks, global projects, critical metrics trends, operational feedback, and other data-driven sources. Partner with operational leaders to assess important global and operational metrics, identify inefficiencies, and encourage process standardization. Collaborate with finance operations in the design, execution, and governance of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Act as a liaison between Global Process Owners and Global Financial Services, facilitating the standardization of processes and demonstrating global capabilities for efficiency gains. Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize workflows.

Training

Lead and support training programs to ensure the correct application of continuous improvement tools and methodologies across the organization.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. 2-7 years of continuous improvement experience. Shown experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects. LSS Green Belt (Black Belt is a plus). Agile/Scrum, PMP or similar certification. Relevant knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile practices, change management, and intelligent automation.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

An MBA or similar degree is a plus. Proficiency in Office, Excel, Microsoft Visio, Lucid (or similar), and Minitab. Knowledge of AI, Power Platform, and SharePoint is a plus. Data Science or AI certification is a plus.
