Position title
Business Process Engineer Customer Connectivity
As a BPE Customer Connectivity, you will drive continuous improvement of customer connectivity processes by streamlining systems, enhancing transparency, and aligning cross-functional efforts with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and IT. This role ensures process ownership, innovation, and best practice sharing across the organization.
In this role you will
Act as the process owner for customer connectivity, ensuring alignment and standardization across regions and global teams. Lead and support projects focused on implementing or enhancing systems and customer integration solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Procurement, IT, Logistics) to improve interfaces and ensure seamless operations. Manage and monitor IT service levels, change requests (DCRs), and system troubleshooting in coordination with relevant teams. Oversee system maintenance, testing, and documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards and user readiness. Coordinate and deliver training programs to address evolving system and process needs. Facilitate best practice sharing and benchmarking across regions and external partners to enhance B2B processes. Provide regular reporting on customer connectivity performance using available tools and data sources.
Your profile
Strong technical or systems background, with experience or qualifications in IT or engineering. Solid understanding of business processes, especially in Supply Chain or manufacturing environments. Proficient in SAP and other relevant IT systems, with a willingness to adopt new technologies. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams, both regionally and globally. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities, fluent in spoken and written English. Customer-focused, action-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Capable of working independently under pressure, with a proactive and innovative approach.
