HOW A SENIOR RPA BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Contributes to project success by influencing internal and external stakeholdersCollaborates and effectively leads meetings with contractors and federal partners to set strategy, governance, source automation ideas, and gather requirements.Collects detailed project requirements; anticipates technical needs and collaborates with developers to create future state automated workflowsTranslates between business and technical needsChampions resolution of production issuesLeads feasibility assessments and requirement gathering sessionsParticipates in testing and code reviewsCreates Process Design Documents and collaborates on Solution Design DocumentsDocuments and collects information on RPA programs value over timeHelps drive project timelines/scope; deliver on commitments


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree in related fieldEducation: 5+ years of relevant experienceRequired Technical Skills:Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – UiPath preferredAwareness of RPA concepts and best practices for orchestrationExperience with Virtual Desktop Interface environmentsAbility to peer-review and test codeRequired Skills and Abilities:Understanding of the ITIL FrameworkAbility to translate technical requirements into documentation that serves business stakeholders at levelsAbility to effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time.Capability to adapt to changing client needsOutstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leadersDemonstrated experience consulting with internal and external customers to understand business needs and make recommendationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and part of a team

Required Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain Public Trust with CBP
