Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will: + Prepare daily read-ahead materials and talking points for leadership; compile weekly and significant activity reports. + Manage records, contact lists, and distribution lists; support congressional reporting, legislative review, and audit response. + Align and report on strategic plans; manage website and social media presence; provide strategic communications support. + Maintain and update ODASD(Log) policies and issuances; collect, review, and analyze proposed changes; draft recommendations; manage issuance development; conduct policy research and provide monthly status reports. + Create, update, and maintain business process maps and enterprise architecture; develop end-to-end process documentation; ensure compliance and update maps as needed. + Develop and track Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) for Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM); maintain risk registers and report on risk decisions; write annual SCRM reports; assess and integrate risk controls; support SCRM summits. + Oversee the Logistics Information Technology (Log IT) portfolio; monitor strategic goals and provide quarterly assessments; review and update Log IT strategy; track compliance; implement initiatives and support governance activities. + Analyze internal and external policy proposals; draft and recommend updates; ensure compliance with applicable laws; implement approved changes; coordinate with issuance managers and support related process mapping. Qualifications Required: + Master's Degree Required + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Must be willing to go on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week + Secret Clearance Required + 10+ years of experience in logistics and policy analysis + 2+ years in supply chain risk management initiatives, including POAMs, risk registers, and reporting + 2+ years of experience supporting congressional reporting, legislative review, and audit response + Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
