Reporting directly to the Manager of Market Research, the Business Process Analyst acts as a liaison role to the Senior Field Services Manager, Quality Assurance, Data Center and customer to ensure efficient functioning of operations for the Brightstar Michigan account. **Responsibilities** + Works with the Customer to accurately and completely define requirements. + Provides requirements to the appropriate delivery teams. + Along with the Systems Engineer, serves as a bridge between the Customer, Site Management, and technical team. + Throughout projects, works with the Customer, Systems Engineer, Site Management and technical team to ensure the solution accurately represents the agreed upon requirements. + Tracks and manages scope in order to prevent scope creep. + Works with the Customer, Systems Engineer, and technical team to clarify requirements. + With the core project team, manages Customer expectations. + Works with Quality Assurance, Site Management, Systems Engineer, and the Customer to validate that the requirements were met. + Gathers functional and non-functional requirements through meetings, interviews, questionnaires, emails, etc. + Documents requirements and ensures the accuracy of the requirements through reviews and inspections. + Generates and maintains requirement documents (referred to as Software Requirements Specifications [SRS]) each covering software batch releases and content deployment releases. + Facilitates internal requirements inspections, customer reviews and acceptance of the SRS documents. + Responsible for requirements status and change request tracking **Qualifications** • Four-year degree or equivalent level business experience • Minimum of 2 years in-depth working knowledge of the industry and of the specific geographic market in which the business operates • Experience working in a diverse, matrixed environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience working with people of diverse backgrounds • Project management experience a plus **Keys to Success** • Building collaborative relationships • Decision making • Drive results • Foster innovation • Personal energy • Self-leadership \#LI-JM1 At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $40,887 - $115,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable. Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
