Job Overview ADM Procurement Business Process Team enhances business data insights and process efficiency across sourcing, compliance, supplier performance, procurement, and sustainability. They develop user-friendly reports, analytics tools, and platforms for management and users.
Roles & Responsibilities: Automate and streamline data transformation processes for accuracy and consistency. Manage semi-automated processes to ensure ongoing data integrity. Utilize SQL Server, Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, and DAX. Design intuitive, visually engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data and process needs through analytics and digitization. Document data processes, methodologies, and analysis techniques for future reference. Bridge process and technology gaps with innovative solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Python, PowerApps, SQL). Translate complex requirements into effective business solutions. Quickly transform data into actionable reporting and analytics. What your background should look like: EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE Any degree with relevant work experience, preferably in supply chain or procurement. COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5+ years of hands-on experience with various BI, ETL tools, and platforms. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and macros. Expertise in Power BI, with strong data visualization and manipulation skills using Power Query. Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. Excellent critical thinking skills. Proven ability to innovate and take initiative.
