Job Description

Global Shared Services team member who can handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving its Goals and report & implement Continuous Improvement ideas.

You will report to Team Leader - ISC Global Shared Services

Your Responsibilities:Order Management (Product Order Entry / Modification)The accountability over multiple Customer Care & supply chain processesEnsure high quality of existing processesResolve issues related to handled processesMaking sure the process instructions are updated & accurateCustomer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfactionCommunicate with internal & external partnersAddress business issues in appropriate mannerResponsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement projects/ideasParticipate in projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:Very good skill in English (B2)Experience in a customer service environmentAdaptable, can sense the urgency of tasks and can prioritize the tasks accordinglyContinuous improvement mindset: focused on implementing process improvementsFamiliarity with the project management methodology (LSS, PRINCE2 )Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (including Macros),Experience in SAP, Oracle Right Now and Power Automate will be an assetFlexible working hours: 7:00-9:00 to 15:00-17:0
