Reporting, Monitoring & Variance Analysis

Preparation of monthly reporting of numbers and comparing it against the plan. Review revenue and expenses schedules submitted by operations teams to ensure correct booking of revenue and expenses. Identify and analyses the root cause of the difference between actual v/s plan and compile commentary for the reasons identified. Create / review business models for the existing and new products. Working on Qtrly board submissions. Closely watch opex lines items and identify scope for improvement. Should have good ppt skills and an expert in working on excel.

 

Competitive benchmarking

Perform competition benchmarking by studying and analyzing the competition results published or information available on public domain. Gather data and track market share of bank.
