**Job Description** **Work Arrangement** This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren (MI) three times per week, at minimum. **Position Overview** The Business Planning Manager will support Global Vehicle Hardware Engineering partnering with the Engineering Vice President and their Global Leadership team (approx. 7K globally). This role will support development of the functional strategy and portfolio/business plan, tracking execution and results, ensuring action items are completed on time, performing competitive assessments, implementing process improvements, and facilitating communication to the leadership team.
