About The Role

We’re now looking to recruit a Business Planning Director to join our UK & Ireland Leadership Team playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our regional strategy across our People, Brands, Safety, and Financial Performance.

As a key member of the UK&I leadership team, you will:

Lead the development and execution of the UK & Ireland commercial and operational plans. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive integrated business planning (IBP) and deliver against our Annual and Long-Range Plans. Champion transformation, programme management, and M&A initiatives across the region. Ensure strong governance and alignment with divisional and global strategies. Inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across commercial functions.

What You’ll Bring

We are seeking an experienced and inclusive commercial leader with a strong foundation in the global consumer packaged goods (CPG) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded background across both Sales and Marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer and customer dynamics. You will have a proven ability to lead and influence strategic commercial planning, underpinned by hands-on experience in developing robust business cases and managing full P&L accountability.

A demonstrable track record in leading complex transformation programmes across multiple markets is essential, as is the ability to drive value creation and sustainable growth. Experience in leading or embedding Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or similar end-to-end planning processes is highly valued, particularly where it has enabled cross-functional alignment and enhanced execution.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and a collaborative, empowering leadership style—someone who is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed.
