The Position and key responsibilities
As a Business Planning Analyst, you will be a key part of the Strategic Finance and Business Planning team. This is a critical role within the Finance and Commercial organization, responsible for consolidating the affiliate's business plan and monitoring its overall performance. You will act as a direct partner to the business, using your financial expertise to provide insightful information to key stakeholders. This position requires significant judgment and directly impacts reported net sales and the consolidated business plan.
The role encompasses two main responsibility areas: full responsibility for sales reporting and the leading and orchestrating the business planning process.
Who you are
A strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, handle ambiguity, and present complex issues to stakeholders while also having a deep understanding of the details.Experienced in working with business partners at all levels of the organization and comfortable with complex analytics with a focus on accuracy.Possess the ability to collect information from various stakeholders, connect the dots, and draw insights that trigger strategic decisions.Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence non-direct reports, working collaboratively within a team environment.An effective communicator who can present complex information to diverse audiences while providing the right level of detail.Comfortable delivering difficult messages and challenging business partners as an active economic advisor.Demonstrated proficiency and accuracy in an audit-sensitive environment.Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
