As a Business Planner, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic insights and supporting decision-making across the Bulgaria market. You will lead forecasting, performance monitoring, and scenario planning activities, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. This is a high-impact role ideal for a data-driven professional with strong business acumen and a passion for turning insights into action.
Your ‘day to day’:
Performance Monitoring & Business Intelligence
Analyze sales volumes, market share, and trends for both internal and competitive performance.Maintain and enhance competitive intelligence systems and databases.Deliver regular business updates and insights to key stakeholders through dashboards and reports.Net Revenue Management
Monitor economic, fiscal, and regulatory trends to identify growth opportunities.Lead scenario planning initiatives in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Corporate Affairs.Business Partnering
Provide data-driven recommendations to support commercial and marketing strategies.Lead business case development for new product launches and commercial initiatives.Forecasting & Modeling, Budgeting
Develop accurate sales forecasts using modeling tools.Ensure alignment of forecasts with marketing and commercial plans and coordinate with Supply ChainCollaborate with stakeholders to define annual budgets and revenue assumptions.Prepare and consolidate category P&L in partnership with Finance teams.Project Management
Support finance-related projects from planning to execution and integration into business-as-usual operations.
Who we’re looking for:
Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in business planning/intelligence, financial controlling, finance, or audit.Strong finance background with a strategic mindset.Advanced analytical and modeling skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.Fluent in English
