Business Partner Manager Ultrasound - Central & South Italy (m/f/d)

Apply now for the position of Business Partner Manager Central & South Italy for our Ultrasound business and you will ensure the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a specified area.

Your role:

You will be responsible for implementing sales guidelines and setting clear sales targets for your team. You will also develop and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts that align with the overall sales strategy.You'll manage budget completion and provide regular sales reports. You will also ensure excellence in CRM usage, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).You will cooperate with the Marketing, Product Management, and Project Management teams to strategically position products and services. You will also champion a customer-centric approach within the organization, helping to initiate and plan customer-focused product developments or projects.You will manage your assigned organizational units and lead our dedicated staffYou will proactively scout new business partners and agents, in line with company directives.You may also act as a direct seller for private negotiations and deals within your assigned territory when needed.We would prefer candidates based in Lazio (Roma) or Campania (Napoli) regions.

Your expertise:

Experience: you have 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with a strong sales background in the ultrasound field but other medical devices, particularly with both public and private sector clients.Market Knowledge: you have an in-depth knowledge of the ultrasound market, especially in cardiology and radiology.Qualifications: a master's degree in biomedical engineering or a similar field is a plus.Personal Attributes: you are a highly motivated, result-driven professional who takes the initiative and thrives on achieving ambitious goals. You are a collaborative team player and can consistently meet high-performance targets and deadlines in a dynamic setting.Travel: you are flexible and willing to travel frequently, both within your assigned territory and across the country.Language Skills: you are fluent both in written and spoken English and Italian.
