As a member of the Controlling Team within Finance, you will be a partner with the Inventory and Supply Chain teams to develop and enhance reporting and analysis to improve the health of the Supply Chain.
Data Analysis: Monitor inventory levels, track key metrics, and analyse data to identify trends,
discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventoryaccuracy, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Reporting: Develop, improve, prepare and present reports on inventory performance, stock levels, and other key metrics for various stakeholders. Inventory Valuation: Manage the established process to prepare and analyse inventory valuation of spare parts across the organisation, in line with IFRS guidelines. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safetystandards related to inventory management and internal controls.
What You’ll Bring:
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, together with a passion for working with large unverified data sources Experience with the data analytical tools in Excel - Power Query, Power Pivot etc Experience with Power BI advantageous Strong interpersonal skills which enable you to partner with employees at all levels of the organisation Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field Accounting experience isn’t essential to be successful in this role Our OfferDiversity and Inclusion:
