Business Partner Controlling Operations (f/m/d)

At our site in Reinach, we develop and produce innovative industrial flow measurement devices for liquids, gases, and steam. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Business Partner Controlling for Operations. In this role, you will contribute to optimizing our business processes through comprehensive analyses and strategic advice. The position is based in Reinach, Switzerland. 

 

What is the role about? 

Do you enjoy turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations? Would you like to take on responsibility in Controlling and actively contribute to the financial advancement of a successful company? In this diverse and dynamic role, you will support the Operations division within a highly dedicated team. You provide proactive, service-oriented guidance to your stakeholders with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.  

 

Which tasks will you perform? 

As a financial sparring partner for the Operations Management and technical project leads, you develop solid profitability calculations (ROI, NPV), making a direct contribution to successful investment decisionsYou regularly analyze costs, hourly rates, and product calculations, prepare the results in a target-group-specific manner, and proactively discuss them with department and project stakeholders. This supports the implementation of optimization measuresYou actively contribute to forecasts, reporting, and the annual planning process, ensuring that our financial data is both reliable and meaningfulThrough your involvement in interdisciplinary projects – both national and international – you actively drive the development of our global organization and contribute your ideasTogether with the team, you improve and standardize controlling and financial processes and drive their digitalization forwardYou prepare ad-hoc analyses and provide valuable decision-making support

 

What do we expect from you? 

A completed university degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, or a comparable fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in Business Controlling, ideally within an international, manufacturing industrial environmentStrong analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate complex topicsA high degree of initiative, service orientation, and a hands-on, solution-focused mindset are part of your everyday approachAdvanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to use them confidently and efficiently in your daily work. Experience with SAP FI/CO is a plusEffective communication with stakeholders and great fluency in both German and English
