Business Partner, Pricing
**Overview** **How You’ll Make an Impact** The Business Partner, Pricing Operations will play a key role in implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role requires an understanding of pricing strategies, sales processes, requirement gathering and CPQ systems, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to ensure the platform meets business objectives and drives efficiency. The Business Partner will report to the Senior Manager, Pricing Operations and support the business in multiple areas including enhancing the Tech CPQ instance and defining processes flows and requirements for new lines of business as CPQ continues to expand to different business areas (e.g., Media and Data). **What You’ll Achieve** + Collaborate with Sales, Strategic Pricing, Deal Desk, Product Management, Technology, and other partners to deliver strong user experience within the CPQ system. + Gather and document business requirements, current state processes, and workflows. + Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team. + Work closely with the pricing team to define and validate pricing functionality within the CPQ system. + Develop test cases and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure CPQ functionality meets business needs. + Execute, support, and document testing signoff activities. + Manage ongoing release cycles and assist in developing training and support materials. + Support user adoption efforts and gather post-launch feedback to identify areas for improvement. + Serve as a trusted partner within the Pricing organization. **Who You Are** + **What you’ll bring with you:** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field + 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in CPQ implementation or optimization + Strong understanding of pricing models, sales processes, and approval workflows + Experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar systems + Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with CRM and ERP integrations + Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + **Why you might stand out from other talent:** + Experience in Agile methodologies + Knowledge of data management tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms + Relevant experience with SFDC Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice.
