Business Ops Manager

In this role, the Business Ops and Planning Manager will support the GCR partner team to meet organizational goals, by providing long-term and short term business plans, developing and implementing the evolving go-to-market model, designing and monitoring BMS (Business Management System), conducting essential data analyses for business insights and recommendations, and designing/improving critical sales and customer related processes. R&R 1. Collaborate with business leaders to develop long-term and short-term plans for the teams. Own the annual planning process, setting business targets and HC plans. 2. Influence the design of the GTM model and working mechanisms with PDM, sales, and cross-functional teams to align with evolving market and organizational needs. Set business targets based on strategy, territory development, and resource planning, driving execution. 3.Design and enhance the Business Management System. Provide regular reports/dashboards, highlighting focus areas. 4.Conduct data analysis for insights, call out gaps/issues and provide recommendations. Coordinate implementation to improve productivity for PSM, PDS and PDM. 5. Design or enhance partner/customer processes to improve experience, sales efficiency, and business operations. Basic qualifications 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning roles, such as sales operations/planning, management consulting, or business analysis. 2. A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights. 3.Proficient in data analytical tools, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis skills. 4.Proven ability to develop and streamline processes, coupled with excellent project management capabilities. 5.BA/BS degree required. Preferred qualifications 1.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 2.Self-motivated, data-driven, and a quick learner, with the confidence to respectfully challenge ideas with data-backed reasoning. 3.Experience in a high-growth technology company is highly desirable. 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English are mandatory. 5.An MBA degree from a top-tier business school is a plus.
