Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) to support the 737 Business Operations Delivery Operations team which covers 737 Paint, Renton Field Preflight, Seattle Delivery Center, and Storage Sites located in Renton, Washington.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage portfolio of improvement initiativesAssists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigationSupports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business caseCoordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategiesIdentifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Meets with leadership to gain approvalProvides implementation direction for work authorizationCollects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and complianceEnsures follow up action for issue resolutionProvides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnelThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience performing in a support organization such as, but not limited to, Business Operations, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, Strategy, Project Management, or Supply Chain role5+ year of experience with strong presentation skills and the capability to effectively communicate data in Senior and Executive Leadership briefings5+ years of experience developing and executing operating rhythms, integrated program schedules, project plans, and/or metrics5+ years of experience in a role that requires organizational skills with the capability to prioritize, facilitate, and coordinate multiple projects5+ years of experience collecting, and leading high- level projects for Executives or Senior leadership5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completionPMP Certified or experience with Boeing's Program Management Best Practices or equivalent program/project management processesExperience working across multiple programs and/or functions in a manufacturing environmentPrior or current experience in Business Operations and/or Project Management OrganizationsDrug Free Workplace:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $118,700 - $127,800
