Business Operations Specialist

Job Description

Job Overview

Responsible for overall office daily administrative to ensure a smooth and optimize the business operation.  This position will be providing management support, liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to assure seamlessly coordination across departments.

Main Responsibilities

Work with the supply chain and regulatory team on inbound and outbound shipments, covering manufacturer communications, shipments follow up, customs clearance process and charges management.  Ensure tactical support with internal departments to brokers, forwarders and government agencies.Organize business operation related vendors, assuring contracts renewal, budgeting, purchase planning, and payment arrangement in a timeliness and accurate manner.Maintain office supplies inventory in sufficient and required equipment in stock on time to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Handle and filing team documents (letters, department specific documents, bills) with follow up actions in time.Coordinate oversea and domestics travels and visits, including company-wide events (globally or regionally), regular business unit and partnership meetings with relevant logistic tasks.  Support management team on itinerary planning and bookings.Provide needed information or actions to customers queries, collaborate with related departments when needed.Support on inventory management for marketing related materials, administrative documentations, and labeling artworks with 3PL (third party logistics) and relevant parties.Assist on warehouse management including cycle count, inventory check, deliveries. Partner with external providers on business support.  Under the general direction of supervisor, including but not limited for urgent requirements and supports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with business administration or related fields.

Desired experience

Proficient in MS office tools.Language requirement: Native Mandarin and business proficient in English.At least 1 year of general administrative experience
