Department OverviewThe Supply Chain Center in Krakow is part of Motorola Solutions' (MSI) global network. The department is represented by a dynamic team of almost 300 people. We constantly grow and put a strong focus on development - both organizational and individual.
Within the department structure we dynamically develop world-class Demand & Supply Planning, Order Management, Order Scheduling, Delivery, Logistics, Repair Operations, Customer Master Data Management and Business Operations, which makes us the Center of Excellence for MSI globally. Job Description

As a Business Operations Specialist you'll be ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business and Sales, Customer Service, Domestic and International Purchasing, and Distribution Center and Factory Operations.
In this role, you will drive order fulfillment and revenue attainment by proactively monitoring progress and communicating effectively with senior-level staff. You'll be a key player in ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with various departments to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Embrace a dynamic environment where you'll constantly adapt to changing priorities and leverage your organizational skills to stay ahead of the curve.
This a supply chain role that will interface with, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business, Sales, Customer Service, Domestic/International Purchasing, and Distribution Center/Factory Operations. Candidate should be self-motivated and able to multi-task and prioritize to support business and sales requirements. Ability to reach out to senior-level staff regarding the status of order fulfillment and revenue attainment.
Basic Requirements
Master/Bachelor in Business or Supply Chain degree
Fluency in spoken and written English
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement or Logistics
Ability to work a mixed shift schedule, including 5-6 days per month on a second shift (12pm-8pm).
Analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
SAP or/and Tableau experience is considered an asset
Ability to provide accurate data and summary reports / great analytical skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate self-motivation, and work proactively and independently
Personality with a positive attitude, change acceptance, and willingness to take up challenges and provide solutions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
