The Operations Specialist will provide support and will be the first point of contact to all customer partners. This role will execute all the processes that can be requested during the lifecycle of the vehicle such as, violations, im-pounds, general doubts on the processes and Element services and support on invoicing questions and clarifications.
The specialist will support the operations manager on the on boarding of new customer partners and will also execute the redeployment process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Request Registration and Licensing services on demand (lost plates, in pounds, etc.)In charge of loading registration expire date in our systems and follow up on renewals and property tax payments.Support and coordinate telematics devices installation and service tracking.Support in the Operations Manager on the new customer partners on boarding.Solve questions around billing and follow up on their resolution.Constant communication with customer partners.He/she will be in charge of the redeployment processAttend Last Mile requestsCustomer coordination for vehicle inspectionFollow up on repairs before surrendering the unitClose communication with the dealersRequest and follow up on transport to destination and give the required documentationRequest to the Sales Associate the legal documentationRequest for new plates and registrationCoordinate delivery to the new customer partnersSupport on design and implementation of Last Mile operational processes.Review operational process weekly results to make sure reporting is accurate.Work closely with the rest of the business to create Last Mile program awareness.Attend and solve all possible operational escalations from the customer.Education and Experience
Degree, preferable Industrial Engineering or Administration Experience in customer support Experience in fleet management related activities as maintenance services, follow up to requirements Desirable to have experience in project management and/or continuous improvement methodology Communication skills Advance english levelKnowledge and Competencies
