• Assessing issues, risks, and opportunities that affect business portfolio/program performance and developing associated action plans
• Interfacing and partnering with external customers and internal stakeholders, including program management, finance, and operations teams
• Supporting new business pursuits and developing executable and competitive proposals
• Playing a key role in strategic business case development and analysis to support financial and operational decisions
• Managing a team of finance professionals, including recruitment, talent development, performance assessment, and employee management

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with the SOF Customer
• Ability to be on-site to support staff as 1st line leader, senior leadership, program and customer engagements
• Possess strong financial acumen, analytical skills, financial planning, interpersonal skills, full spectrum leadership skills, and experience in direct management and/or supervisory role
• Program finance experience to include program financial reporting including EVM reporting, forecasting of Orders, Sales, & EBIT, and also risk to profitability reporting through corporate contract status report.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience developing and delivering presentation material to senior levels of management.
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
• Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
• A wide range and depth of Business Operations experience of programs from initial proposal through execution and closeout.
• Demonstrated experience in shaping team building and nurturing future talent
• Demonstrated ability to plan, lead and manage organizational change. And leading others with Clarity
• Working Knowledge of LM and SOF-GLSS F&BO Command Media and cross functional procedures.
