The opportunity:

You will play a key role in evolving the Asia region into an organization with a strong foundation delivering high service quality and high growth. You will own and drive high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning financial, operational, organizational, and technology-focused scopes—from fast-moving, tactical assignments to holistic, ground-up process reengineering to net new capability creation. Collaborating with regional leadership and diverse stakeholders, you will leverage business insight, high judgement, advanced analytical skills, and creativity to deliver both near-term results and scalable long-term solutions that fuel the next chapter of growth.

You will: Strategic Transformation & Evolution Play a key role in evolving the Asia operating model, architecting resilient, scalable solutions that support future growth. Stay attuned to market trends, emerging technologies, and regional best practices; provide recommendations to enhance the region’s structure, processes, and capabilities. Program Ideation, Ownership, & Management Individually own and lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional transformation projects aligned with regional priorities. Lead projects of varying scale, from rapid, tactical initiatives requiring immediate execution to foundational projects that rebuild operations from first principles. Define project scopes, priorities, timelines, milestones, and success criteria Assess, manage, and escalate project risks; proactively resolve obstacles to sustain momentum and achieve desired outcomes. Identify opportunities in the Asia region to increase service quality and growth and surface potential solution paths and project plans to leadership Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication Liaise between regional leadership, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Communicate project progress, strategic risks, opportunities, and results to senior executives, building consensus and driving organizational adoption. Foster collaboration and knowledge exchange within and across business units, building strong relationships to enable business transformation. Financial Management & Analysis Conduct and present advanced financial analyses (e.g., cost-benefit, ROI) to support investment decisions for proposed initiatives. Technology & Innovation Partner with tech teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance quality and scalability. Support the region’s adoption of platforms, tools, and processes that support the evolving operating model, ensuring seamless integration and user acceptance. Data Analytics & Insights Utilize data analytics to shape transformation strategies, uncover optimization opportunities, and guide day-to-day decision-making. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that support continuous improvement and predictive analytics. You should have: BA/BS degree with 5+ years of professional logistics, supply chain, projects, programs or consulting experience Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills Strong commercial and business acumen, the ability to bring a deeper level of analysis, insights and inform strategy Prior experience managing programs and initiatives from end to end Analytical skills and next-level attention to detail, while still maintaining a macro perspective Courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it.
