We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Business Operations Leader- Fiduciary & Invoicing for our US and Canada operations based out of our Austin, TX office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. Open to relocation assistance for candidates interested in moving to the Austin, TX area.

Lead and mentor managers and supervisors within the team, enhancing their leadership capabilities and supporting their professional growth.Liaises with internal leadership to ensure all needs are being met and all services provided are efficient and maximize value for all stakeholders and ensures all large-scale problems or complaints are addressed immediatelyDrive effective operation of the teams to ensure consistency between onshore and offshore teams to achieve key performance metrics including time to invoice, days receivables outstanding, invoicing accuracy, aging receivables.Engage with senior business leaders including executive team.Oversees communications across business functions, acts as a point of escalation for non-technology related technical and process enquiries and works to resolves problems to ensure that issues encountered by team members and stakeholders are resolved efficiently, improving the colleague and client experience.Oversees the strategic direction of initiatives and special projects is in alignment with business needs and all team members are performing to their best abilities.Drive common operating model across US and Canada teams and with the offshore Center of Excellence.Effectively implement process and technology changes within the team.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in a management role within invoicing, fiduciary operations, or a related field.Proven experience collaborating with or indirectly leading offshore teams.Strong understanding of financial management, operational processes, and team dynamics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.What makes you stand out:
Ability to engage the team in continuous improvement initiatives, driving ownership of outcomes to enhance the client experience.Proven track record of monitoring quality management processes and develop/implement operational and financial plans to facilitate ongoing business improvement, particularly with respect to invoicing timeliness and accuracy, and other financial outcomes.Experience with developing, documenting and implementing best practices and procedures to optimize team performance, productivity and mitigate risks.Background in managing operations within an Operations team, evaluating team performance, quality assurance, key performance indicators and implement processes and policies to optimize performance.Budgeting for over-time, travel expenses, rewards, recognition, training, and resource allocation.Working knowledge in invoicing, collections/accounts receivables, commission revenue compliance testing, and accounting discrepancies.Why join our team:
