Business Operations Lead

The Business Operations Lead plays a vital role in the development of facility and workplace programs (Operations, Workplace Experience, Communications, EV Charging, CMMS, etc.), to support the rapid-growth of our clients' needs. The responsibilities of the Business Operations Lead include managing playbooks, standard operating procedures, site level and account-wide initiatives, developing guidance on policies and processes, overseeing facilities management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs. Reports to ABM Account Director. The successful Business Operations Lead will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, be well organized and able to work under pressure.

 

Responsibilities:

Independently build comprehensive project plans & roadmaps, navigate shifting & conflicting priorities, balance these priorities and drive projects/programs to completion. Accurately documenting the program's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.

The Business Operations Lead will be responsible for creating robust solutions, completing projects efficiently, and communicating updates to stakeholders with exceptional diligence. The Business Operations Lead will also be a key thought partner across the team and advise on decisions using a combination of analytical thinking, industry knowledge and deep subject matter expertise.

High-level management abilities, strategic thinking, and leadership skills that allow management of service delivery across functions, departments, and businesses. Collaborate with external and internal organizational partners to gather business requirements, define program objectives, develop end-to-end new process design and implementation in support of a high uptime SLAs in a growing portfolio. Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Providing financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. Overseeing the development of the program and ensuring that team members are carrying out their deliverables efficiently while upholding the company's standards. Gather data, utilize dashboards, and own reporting systems. Set and measure metrics for success, in delivery of facilities operations and programs at all global locations. Drafting new and improving existing facilities and workplace playbooks, SOPs, and processes. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in a formal setting, and ability to adapt communication to articulate program goals to a wide audience in a simple, straightforward way.

Business Operations Lead Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous. A minimum of five years' experience in the industry. A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory position. Strong leadership skills. Understand technological advances, change management, organizational leadership and compliance requirements, and each supports/drives workplace strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to details and technicalities. Excellent organizational and technical skills. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

 

 

Pay: $185,000 - $198,000 DOE

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
