Business Operations Lead
**Responsibilities** Under the direction of the Manager Nursing the Business Operations Lead is responsible for managing information for the surgery departments to ensure accuracy of revenue cycle, charge recovery/capture, operating room scheduling, decision support, data analytics, and departmental/planning/facility management for the SVI and SVN campus'. The Business Operations Lead is the liaison for the surgery department (Surginet) and provides the Executive Director of Surgical Services all supporting operational financial, and statistical reports for establishing and meeting operational goals and provides Kronos payroll edits and or reports to support optimum staffing and payroll variance analysis. This position functions as an intermediary between the Surgery Departments for the all billing, revenue and expense management to the Finance Department and Materials Management Department. The Business Operations Lead is responsible for the oversight of surgery materials management and supervision of clerical support staff. **Qualifications** Business or related area (Associates or Bachelors) required Two years’ experience in health care facility Two years’ experience in OR (preferred) Previous supervisory experience (preferred) **Overview** CHI St. Vincent, a regional health network serving Arkansas, is part of CommonSpirit Health.
