\nThe Role –
\nThe Process Validation and Improvement (“PVI”) team is a highly specialized group that plays a lead role in root cause analysis and end-to-end process improvements to mitigate risk for Global Purchasing direct material contracts.
\nPVI is responsible to proactively identify supplier overpayment situations, collaborate with Global Purchasing to recover the overpayment amount, and ensure that contracts are updated to reflect accurate contract pricing. The team is aligned with Global Purchasing and Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, and other supporting staff in carrying out the contract pricing accuracy.

What You’ll Do -
\n\n Perform desk audit: review and validate purchasing contract price which recently changed and generated using various systems (e.g., GDiMPS, ECM, GDM, and eSAP)\n Perform review and audit for all GDiMPS contracts.\n Communicate with GPSC buyers and support them to correct the contracts and recover overpayment from suppliers.\n Recover supplier overpayments & prevent future overpayments to help cashflow.\n Contribute to SMT’s yearly cost reduction targets.\n Report globally as audit results and participate global meetings\n\n\n
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
