Key Responsibilities:

\n\n Analyze operational data including call volumes, agent performance, and customer metrics\n Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI\n Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions\n Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement\n Support ongoing reporting and performance tracking initiatives\n\n

What Is needed:

\n\n 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or reporting role, preferably in a call center or BPO environment\n Basic/Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, visuals)\n Proficiency in Excel and SQL\n Exposure to Power Automate and PowerApps\n Fast learner with a growth mindset and attention to detail\n Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills\n Ability to work both independently and as part of a team\n\n
