About the Role

We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll support internal tools, reporting, and processes, and contribute to projects across implementation, post-launch support, pre-sales, and product development.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders across IT, vendors, and business teams.Analyse and improve business processes, develop system specifications and workflows.Create dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence and sales operations.Share knowledge and provide training on tools and best practices.

Requirements

Experience in business analysis, business intelligence, or operations.Proficiency in data analysis (SQL) and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with diverse teams.
