**Position:** Business Operations Analyst **Job Description:** ImmixGroup, the public sector arm of Arrow Electronics, is seeking qualified candidates to fill an exciting and challenging Business Operations Analyst role. ImmixGroup is a leading value-added IT distributor that delivers mission-driven results to the public sector. **What You’ll Be Doing:** Candidates will be working from day one to help support critical business needs, work in conjunction and cross functionally with multiple teams (including sales, MI, IT, engineering, programs, contracts, legal and shared services) to support the ISO quality program within immixGroup. Candidates will be responsible for day to day operational tasks as well as serving as a business analyst and resource for projects and service requests, as a part of the pub sec corporate operations service offering, to support the business and internal/external stakeholders. + Responsible for the day-to-day business operations activities, including price list processing. + Identifies and solves problems in various fields or specialized areas. + Collaborates with project delivery team to streamline product delivery. + Facilitates formal communication cadences with project stakeholders. + Prioritizes projects ensuring focus on the highest business values. + Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on customers' behalf, anticipates customers' requirements, and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner. + Identifies ways to reduce system complexities and support costs, new areas of opportunities for automation that increases efficiencies, reduces costs, helps sales related strategies and provides business insights and intelligence. + Performs sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures. + Develops and implements early detection models to identify impending problem areas or slips in SLA's and Quality; ensuring performance and security elements are embedded into the business processes. + Collects data, interprets information and analyzes results. Supports business with urgent data pulls and visualizations. + Develops and maintains technical documentation, process flows, procedure documents, work instructions for core ISO processes. **What We Are Looking For:** + 4 year degree and 1-2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience. + Key skills include analytical abilities for interpreting data, problem-solving aptitude, strong communication skills, and technical proficiency with data analysis tools. + Project management capabilities, attention to detail, business acumen, collaboration skills, and adaptability are also important. + Candidates should demonstrate experience in improving processes, using data for decision-making, and managing projects focused on operational improvements. + Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills + Excellent time management, organization, and customer service skills + Must be able to prioritize, multitask, deal with ambiguity, handle pressure + Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and exposure to Government Community Cloud (GCC) High is preferred. + Experience with Agile and/or Six Sigma and exposure to Relational Database Management Systems and query language such as T-SQL is a plus. **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days in office **What’s In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
