Through innovative strategies, expert guidance, and a shared commitment to success, the National Team empowers our regions to meet evolving market demands, strengthen client relationships, and achieve sustainable growth in the benefits and retirement space. **About The Role** As part of HUB International’s National Employee Benefits and Retirement Team, the Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in advancing data integrity, business intelligence, and strategic reporting across Canada. This position supports regional teams by enhancing CRM and system usage, identifying and resolving data gaps, and developing Power BI dashboards to surface actionable insights.
