T&M is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst within its Industry Specific Business Units Transportation! Our Business Process Analysts are responsible for driving operational efficiencies, effectiveness, insight, and results. Data and process analysis are used to inform strategy and decisions. By creating and supporting standard reports and dashboards for managing KPIs and data, consistent results are enabled. This role is key towards driving effectiveness and efficiency of BU business processes!
Core Responsibilities:
Partner with business customers to define success measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Optimize reporting solutions for delivery of KPIs and supporting data Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, processes, operations, through a data-driven perspective Build and maintain data workflows, reporting, and analytics solutions Gather and communicate insights to drive positive business impact Map business processes & workflows, make recommendations for improvement, create and maintain documentation Promote effective leverage of our data systems and reporting platforms within and across Business UnitsExpectations

BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems Display a high degree of ownership and accountability Ability to establish time estimates, prioritization, and requirements for projects owned Solid attention to detail; superb communication skills (both verbal and written) Ability to lead own workflow and multiple requests while meeting deadlines as well as responding to frequent demands from multiple customers. Business acumen and analytical capabilities; ability to use data-driven insights to make decisions and evaluate risks and opportunities. Experience with data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Salesforce Analytics Advanced Excel expertise, ideally including SharePoint integration, Power Query, macros
